Just enough to knit myself a little stripey thing (pattern from here).

In the little spaces of time between my nursing duties I did manage to make myself a blouse out of a buttery coloured linen from a beautiful Japanese pattern book, which was very kindly lent to me by Ali.

We have not been having a good week.

The other night after school the boys
(instead of begging to watch the tv) asked to do some art and craft.

So, out came the new wooden spoons and those stick on googly eye thingys saved for just such an occasion.

I seem to have accidentally become a collector of china dogs.
It all started when I found the fox terrier (recognise him?)
in the charity shop and just had to have him.
And then my boys gave me the corgi for christmas.
