Exhibiting

beauties

I’ve just done something that is either really brave and confident, or completely foolish.

I have provisionally booked a stand at the Festival of Quilts.

Yes, you did read that right!

A proper, grown up designer-ish stand to exhibit, demonstrate and sell my quilt patterns (and whatever else I can muster in the 12 child-free hours I have a week) to the 25,000 expected visitors.

Oh, help! What have I done?

I feel sick just thinking about it.

So, moving swiftly on… I am also demonstrating and exhibiting at the Maltings, Farnham this Sunday.

I’m glad to say that I’m not nervous about this one at all!

I’ve checked your blog a few times and love your stuff.
Decided to finally de-lurk to say congratulations on booking your stand.
Funnily enough I just booked my flights earlier today to get to the Festival of Quilts. And of course, I will have to visit your stand then..

Congrats on your courage. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. You can do it. I love the beehive and bird in the quilt shown. It speaks to my heart. SO cute.

Good for you! Scary as it is, you’ll be so proud of yourself once you’ve done it, and you’re products will be very popular, they so good and so unique, an excellent combination. I see big things ahead…!!!

That’s a great idea. If I didn’t live in France, I’d come visit. Sometimes you have to dare to get ahead. Oportunities like this don’t come knocking every day. You’ll be fine because you’re gifted.
