What a week!

We’ve had a bit of a week here.

easter bunnyFirst Henry had a flollopy day.

Then my laptop decided to refuse me access to my blog and website (the rest of the world and every other computer could see it, just not me on mine) which took my technical director and some other hosting man all week to sort out.

But today I am back. Thanks guys!

But that is not all. That would have been fine.

On Tuesday, a good friend invited me out for a coffee and a chat on our mutual child free morning. So, off I went thinking I can treat myself… I’ll still have 3 child free mornings left…

and then Joe spends the next 2 days with a temperature and copious vomiting. He’s been rough, poor boy and attached to me like a boiling limpet…

bunnyand then the car starts flashing warning lights at me whilst I’m driving. The garage can’t tell what it is yet. We have to wait and see, but (and I quote) ‘It could be expensive’.

But, the week has not been a total loss.

I also came third at Henry’s nurserys annual parents Easter competition! This year we had to make an Easter bonnet.

I know it’s not really a bonnet is it? But he looks cute.

If you remember, last year (wow, I’ve been blogging for almost a year!) I made a ‘scruffy’ cake.

So, that was the week that was.

But it’s not over yet.

I’m not going to say a word, but the in-laws are here for the weekend…

Sorry about the rough week. You pulled off a great bonnet none-the-less.

What a week you have had Janet. I hope Joe is ok now and ready for, as Hazeljoy says “a chocolate fuelled weekend” I am sure your Mother has almost emptied Tescos of chocolate for the ‘Egg Hunt’!!
I do like the hat. Can we expect to see Henry wearing it over the weekend?

    oh no, poor you.

you arrived third? gosh I’d hate to be in your school… whatever did the other one make…

We like that book too. AND ‘Slinky Malinky’. I love reading that book…

Room on the broom is a firm favourite too. Dn do you have ‘Be good Gordon’? No 2 loves it because it’s about being naughty and not beeing caught… that says it all.
