Lists
I always start the week by writing a list.
This weeks’ list was (and despite my best efforts) still is scary long.
There’s all the usual stuff on it plus Henry’s 4th birthday celebrations, my Mum’s birthday, my birthday, a friends 10th wedding anniversary party, a sing-a-long, babysitting and finally, the entire family are coming here for the day on Sunday.
And as if that wasn’t enough… I only have 20 childfree mornings left before the Festival of Quilts (there’s a separate book full of lists for that which just makes me want to weep).
Stressed? Who me?

Hang in there; slow and steady wins the race (but no one said if the tortoise won with his sanity intact).

Feeling similar. Oh for a couple of weeks lived at a snail’s pace.

Chin up Janet.
I’ll be there this Sunday. (That is just a statement – I won’t be able to do anything useful!!!)
See you then

I just landed on your blog. Your embroidery and peacock quilt are so pretty. Thanks for the free patterns. I think I am going to love the duck.
