A bold choice

No, don’t adjust your screens- I really did buy a skein of hand dyed orange wool at Ali Pali.

I just loved it.

And, I reasoned, it goes with green and brown (both safe, usual colours for me).

One beautiful day it will be a pair of long wrist warmers, possibly with a cable running up them.

But not any day soon.

Because, I am snowed under here. It’s all good, exciting stuff and I’ve made and designed lots and lots of things… none of which I can show you.

This is fast becoming a problem.

I started this blog to share what I create with a bit of home life thrown in.

I really, really do not want it to be one huge advert and I do not want to show you my dinner either (although it was nice: oven roasted tomato risotto with basil).

So where does that leave me?

Janet – there are some blogs that are so over the top with their selling that it is a turnoff.

Yours is not one of them.

I for one am only too glad to see what you are creating – it is always so beautiful –

Showing the raw materials is good. Or dinner. Or blathering. It’s all good!

Hm, with a bunch of friends who will take what they can get. Leftover risotto would be nice for one.
But I’ll take secrets, too. I mean, it’s almost christmas. Secrets are getting quite ‘en vogue’ again.
