Laura Ashley
Months and months ago I was asked if I’d like to design a sewing project for the Laura Ashley blog. So without hesitation I said ‘yes please’ and here it is!
I chose to work with the lovely Bloomsbury fabrics they’ve recently re-launched (this one and this one which are currently half price) and whilst looking for inspiration for how to use them came across Henry the Lurcher.
And so my Bloomsbury picnic rug for mad dogs and Englishmen was born.

What MUST that request have felt like? I can’t imagine what an honor and thrill it must have been to be asked by Laura Ashley to create something!!! You did GREAT! Sew ON:)
