Purse
Mum gave me a sweet little purse kit from’ The Craft Closet’ for my birthday in June and last week I actually sat down and made it. I really enjoyed it too!
The kit has everything you need (even thread, pins and needles) to make the purse although I did line mine with a precious scrap of vintage bark cloth instead of the nice fabric they provided.
I’ve never used a purse frame before and it wasn’t as tricky as I thought it might be, so don’t be worrying about that.
Yesterday my little purse and I went thrifting and we had a lovely time!

Very cute. I like the idea of using a purse frame.

I LOVE the fabrics and the colours are wonderful. Can’t wait to see the whales you must be so, quite rightly, proud. Congrats!

That’s lovely. I bought a snap purse frame at the FOQ and I’m really hoping to make it before next August!:)

We’re really glad you liked your Knitted Purse Kit. The vintage cloth you used to line it with is gorgeous. I also love the embroidered cloth in the back ground, I have one very similar on my dining table! 🙂
