Wool Dress
I bought this dull woollen dress from the charity shop just for the fabric.
But then I tried it on and it sort of fits.
It’s not remotely flattering though.
So, now I’ve decided to try a spot of customising.
I’m thinking something like this Audrey Hepburn vintage coat dress.
Please don’t ask me how…
And if all fails, I’ve still got the fabric.
Tony did the school run this morning which is a rare treat.
So instead of a quick shower I had a deep bubble bath with my book instead.
It was really good.
And now I’m far too relaxed to do anything much.
Least of all get the iron out for you.
Sorry!

I’d love to see you recreate the Audrey coat. It’s beautiful.

Good for you to prioritize relaxing rather than taking the time to iron the great wool dress find. I support you! I am not so fond of ironing either… I am so excited about the project you wish to undertake with the dress! Please share it with us!
