Better
So, as I predicted, I came into the studio this morning and immediately saw what was wrong with my Blighty quilt (it’s supposed to be called ‘a green and pleasant land’ but appears to have renamed itself)
A few (much happier) hours later the quilt now looks like this:
There is still a long way to go.
But the quilt pinned on my design wall is just starting to look like the quilt in my head.
Better. Much better.

That is definitely going to be a handsome quilt. Please tell us what the significance of the different types of fabric. Do the parts go to different district (in the States it would be areas, such as North and the South etc, or just the different states). I am always curious what makes a designer move one way or the other.
