Sampler

Here’s a glimpse of a quilt kit I’m designing at the moment.

Though I wish ‘moment‘ was an accurate indication of how long this project has taken me.

But, it’s not.

In other news:

Henry is very excited,

because we read my Dad’s blog and they’ve found him something hideous

that he’s going to keep in his bedroom “forever and ever”.

He also found a dead frog on the way to school today and was most put out that I wouldn’t take it home for him.

I’m mean, I know;

Henry already told me.

    Hello Janet, we have a sheep’s jawbone in our house that is Not Allowed to be Discarded, even though both my kids have already taken it to school show n tell. My son loves it, and delights in pretending it is talking etc. I can see it still living in our home for the next generation. Enjoy!

    To the future scientists of the world, what are you mother’s thinking? Of course, I would not put something like that in my purse. Yeach!!!! The garage is the closest anything like that got to the house. He really wanted the dead frog to be brought home?? This also will pass.

    Having boy children must be the most amazing thing that can happen to you in life.
