Chewed
This is Fred from my book ‘Freya and Fred’.
He was being packed for the book signing tomorrow
when he simply vanished. I hunted high and low
and eventually found him in the garden. In Betty’s mouth…
Poor Fred!
So please do come and see me (and a half chewed Fred) tomorrow at Creative Quilting, you can ask me if I’ve forgiven Betty yet!
P.S. Michelle has a copy of Freya and Fred to giveaway- go and say ‘hello’!

oh dear!
(Lilli chewed the straw from our dining room chairs when she was a puppy… what a nightmare)

Oh no, poor Fred. I am about to buy your book on ETSY. Thank you so much for your quick reply to my email. Good luck with the book signing. I have to wait a little while for my book as I am in Australia! Have a great day and goodnight from me.

Oh dear, poor little Fred.
Something similar happened to me when Humphrey (real life house rabbit) got hold of one of my fair trade knitted mice. I keep meaning to put the mouse into the sale.
I do love the look of your book. It looks very beautiful.

Oh, how awful. I’ve had similar doggy-disasters happen in our house, and stuffed animals of any kind seem to be a huge draw. Small consolation that it was the tail was chewed…my hound always went for the head (eyes and nose, especially!)

Poor Fred, bad Betty, lol.
I have that problem too, I lost a hand painted teddy that way. The cat knocked him over so the dog could chew it up.

Oh dear, Janet.
Fortunately it was not the other end.
