Lovely Surprise
I remember giving a lady and her sister one of my jointed dog patterns (only available here or from me in person) at the Festival of Quilts last year. And how they had decided to make a quilt using it for their elderly mother.
Anyway, I had a nice time talking to them and they popped back to my stand to show me the hand dyed wool felt they had found for the dogs.
And then last night out of the blue I received an email from them showing me the finished quilt!
I can’t tell you how lovely it was to see it.
Isn’t it wonderful!
Have you seen the dog with the ball?
What about the one sprawled out?
And me?
I’m just thrilled to have inspired them.
