Lego
As the mother of two boys I spend a fair amount of time playing lego.
I’ve got quite into it, actually.
I even kept the boys up late last night so I could finish this:
it’s not my original idea of course,
I got it from James May’s great toy programmes.
The boys think I’m going to break it up in a few days.
But, they’re wrong!

And in the middle of the night, don’t you just love stepping on them?
My grandchildren were over this weekend and I haven’t been trained by pain the check the floor vigilantly. Ow!!!!!

I just wanted to let you know that I’ve included the gorgeous little embroidered house you gave me at last year’s Festival of Quilts in my latest blog post. I’ve finally found the perfect frame for it and it sits proudly on my bookshelf. Katie x
