fleeting beauty right by the washing machine

I had a lovely time sewing and watching this programme about Robbie Burns with one of my favourite singers Eddi Reader. I’ve seen her live and her voice gives you goosebumps. Beautiful.

    i’ve always liked eddi reader too, though never heard her live. love your shadow pic. so pleased the sun is popping out now and then, i so need it! x

    I know exactly what you mean about Eddie Reader – saw her live (with Heidi Talbot and friends) a few years ago. Brilliant evening! Love reading your blog. x
